IT STARTS WITH QUALITY, RESPONSIBLY SOURCED TEA

We offer up deliciously complex flavors with a clean and simple base. We don't believe in artificial anything and it all starts with quality dried tea leaves. We start by brewing up a batch of organic loose-leaf tea. Our favorites are Gunpowder Green Tea and Assam Golden Tips Black Tea for a strong base. Next, we add filtered water and raw cane sugar to feed our healthy bacteria and help them make fermentation magic.

THE PATIENTLY LEARNED AND ALWAYS EVOLVING PROCESS

Every batch of our kombucha ferments with a live culture of healthy bacteria known as a "scoby." Our scoby has been around for a long time and has helped pack our bottles with probiotics and nutrients. The art of kombucha brewing dates back to 221 BC and we respect the traditional ways of doing things. We have a no-nonsense base mix and we aren't afraid to share our recipe.

LOCAL, SEASONAL INGREDIENTS MAKE THE BEST FLAVORS

When we say no two batches are alike, we mean it. Our flavor master refuses to write down a single recipe. Rather, we let instinct tell us what goes in the bottles. You can find us at the local farmer's market hunting down all the seasonal goodness to pack in our bottles. If it isn't grown in our own backyard, we don't want to go far from it. We are passionate about packing our bottles with only organic, local, fresh produce so you get a full flavor you can feel good about every time.
